If sending is unavailable, nothing is sent automatically. You can copy your details or open an email draft, then check and send it yourself.

Ask Kieran is an AI guide, not Kieran. Messages you enter go through the website to an AI service, which prepares replies from information published here. Before the public launch, we still need to confirm the business details, which AI service handles chat and how long it keeps messages. Please do not enter diagnoses or medical details; a practical note such as “quiet mornings” is enough.

We use details you choose to share to answer your question, prepare a quote and carry out agreed work. We keep them only as long as needed for those purposes or legal and accounting requirements. You can email Kieran to ask for a copy, a correction or deletion; records required by law may need to stay.
