If you qualify for the age offer, one service offer and the winter offer, the total saving can reach up to 30% on the same written quote. You can use only one service offer.

Can the service discounts be added together?+
No. You can use one service offer only. This rule still applies if you qualify in more than one group, such as veterans, serving Armed Forces personnel, NHS staff, active carers or fire and ambulance staff.
Can the cash price take the total above 30%?+
No. Any separate cash-price offer counts towards the maximum 30% total saving and only applies when agreed in writing.
Is the winter saving automatic?+
No. It depends on the agreed installation window, safe weather and the ground on site, availability and the work included in the written quote.
Is the age 60 offer linked to State Pension age?+
No. The public offer uses a straightforward age 60 threshold so it does not need changing every time government pension-age rules change.
What is not included?+
Police staff are not included in the current offer. Eligibility, minimum job value, travel, exclusions and any final saving are confirmed in the written quote.
