These are the current offer rules. If you are 60 or over, you may qualify for the age offer. One service offer and an October–March installation may add the other 10% offers. The quote will state the eligible work, date and total saving before you pay a deposit.

Up to 30%
when all apply.
Each offer is worked out against the same original quote, not on top of another discount. Customers aged 60 or over may qualify for 10%. One service or community offer and eligible winter work may each add 10%. Your quote will show which offers apply and the total saving before you pay a deposit.
Community or service offer
One 10% offer may be available to eligible veterans, serving Armed Forces personnel, NHS staff, active carers, and fire or ambulance staff. Only one service or community offer can apply to your quote.
Winter installation
Available for eligible work installed between 1 October and 31 March, subject to the agreed dates, weather, the ground on site and availability.
All three
Where a customer aged 60 or over also qualifies for one service or community offer and has eligible work installed during the winter window, all three offers apply for a 30% saving from the same original eligible quote. Police staff are not included in the current offer.

What the offer depends on
- A written quote must identify the customer, site, work included, eligible items, discount and total.
- A minimum job value may apply; we will tell you before you agree. Travel, difficult access, extra ground preparation, items supplied by others and extra work may not be included.
- The separate 5% cash-price offer does not combine with the age, service or winter offers unless your written quote says so. Total savings will not exceed 30%.
- The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, added after booking or combined with another promotion unless your written quote says so.
- If the materials, design or work change, or you ask to move the agreed dates, we may need to update the quote.
- Installation dates remain subject to safe weather, the ground on site, access and material availability. We will not carry out work in unsafe conditions.
- A deposit is only requested after the work included, payment stages, cancellation information and guarantee terms have been explained and agreed.
Important: promotions are not automatic. Eligibility, the work covered, payment method, minimum job value, availability and the final saving are confirmed in the written quote before booking. Police staff are not included in the current offer.
